Usurpation of Khanum Sardar's property
Petition by Muhammad Yusuf Khan from Harat to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the Government of Khurasan and Jalal al-Sultan, who has confiscated the property of Khanum Sardar in Himmat Abad and requests money in order to return the property. Since Khanum Sardar had transferred the property to Muhammad Yusuf Khan, he is asked to provide the money. Muhammad Yusuf Khan has been informed that due to his delay in the payment, the property has been sold off by Khanum Sardar's attorney. He deems this transaction unlawful and asks for justice.

Power of attorney to claim ownership, 1911
Power of attorney given by Mu‘tamad al-Sultan Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, son of Mirza Asad Allah Mustawfi, known as Sabir, to Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin, son of Haji Muhammad Hasan from Shiraz, in order to claim the ownership of both sides of a specific house in the Ishaq Bayg neighborhood as well as the house furnishings, and also to get all the rental income that ‘Abd al-Husayn Sahib Tajir from Kolkata owed Khanum Sadr al-‘Aliyah, the permanent wife of Mirza Muhammad Husayn Mustawfi, from prior times and which is now part of her inheritance. Petition written by Haji Muhammadi, Karbalayi Muhammad Karim, Karbalayi Jalil [Khalil?], and Agha Bibi, children of the late Haji Muhammad Ja‘far Razzaz [the rice dealer], to Hujjat al-Islam Aqa-yi Haji, prayer-leader of Fars, in order to resolve the issue of their father's inheritance; now that their oldest brother, Karbalayi ‘Ali, is also deceased, their other brother, Karbalayi Majid, has falsely claimed the ownership of their father’s stable, rice selling store, and bakery.
